USCIS Immigration Physicals

In order to complete the immigration process, United State Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires a medical exam performed by designated physicians (also known as Civil Surgeons). Dr. Dany Boulos is one such physician, and he is available to conduct your examination at our conveniently-located South Loop and Lombard urgent care clinics.

Dr. Boulos is a friendly and experienced Family Medicine doctor who is fluent in English and Arabic. We can also offer translation services for additional languages.

Our team is here to answer any questions you have about immigration physicals. We’ll make this process as fast and easy as possible, and are happy to honor any current immunizations you’ve already received.

It is important that you finish this specific, multistep process before submitting to USCIS. In an effort to make this particular hurdle as painless and clear as possible, check out the FAQ below.
