Katherine Alconcel, DO
Medical Director

Dr. Alconcel has been with Vituity since 2016 and serves as a Medical Director for Jovive Health in Henderson, NV.

Sarah has been working in emergency medicine for the past 1.5 years and most recently in cardiology for 2.5 years. Her focus in urgent care is helping patients manage high cholesterol, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease risk reduction.

When Sarah isn’t taking care of patients, she is very active and spends most of her days off in either Red Rock or traveling with her dog and fiancé.
Kristy Matschullat, PA-C

Aaron Breit, MD

Dr. Breit has been helping patients in emergency medicine for the past 15 years. Upon completion of medical school, he finished residency training at Loma Linda University. He has been living in the community for the past 15 years and is excited to work in the urgent care setting.

Joshua was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. He completed a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Temple University and worked as a Patient Transporter/ED Tech before pursuing a Master’s degree at DeSales University. With his PA Degree in hand, he moved to Gary, IN to work in Emergency Medicine at a busy community hospital.
When Joshua is not working, you can find him outside in the sun, going for a run on Lakeshore Drive, hanging with friends, or finding the new patio hot spot in Chicago for a nice craft beer. He also plays soccer in a recreational league for fun.
Crystal Medina, NP

Crystal loves the surprise element of emergency medicine and the unique challenges that it presents on a daily basis. In her practice, she works to educate patients in the management and prevention of conditions, and to bridge the gap between patients and other departments.
Crystal is happily married, and she and her husband Scott have the best dog- Bailey! She enjoys running, music and staying active during her time off.

Laura has worked as a nurse practitioner at a Level 1 trauma center for 4 years prior to coming to Jovive Health. She also has 10 years of working in the ER as a registered nurse.
She completed her BSN from West Suburban College of Nursing in 2007 and then went on to complete her MSN-FNP at Olivet Nazarene University in 2017.
As a lifelong learner, Laura is committed to staying informed about healthcare policies and practices. Her goals as an NP are focused on excellence in patient care, professional growth, and making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves. In her spare time, she enjoys vacationing and spending time with her husband and children. Laura also loves being a critical care instructor for nursing students.
